Phase 1: Wing Handling & Stance (The Basics)

We start on the beach (or on a large SUP on flat water) to learn how to generate power with the wing, hold the correct stance, and steer. You will learn how to "pump" the wing to get moving even in light wind.

Phase 2: Introduction to the Foil

Once you are comfortable with the wing, we introduce the hydrofoil. We use large, high-volume boards for stability. You will learn how to handle the board, find the "sweet spot" for balance, and get used to the feeling of the foil lifting you out of the water.
