Learn to surf in Essaouira
Essaouira is a good place to learn: gentle waves, sandy bottom, long beach — falls are not scary and there is plenty of space.
Most of our students stand up in the first session — not for long, not neatly, but standing.
Why Essaouira Bay
Sandy bottom, wide beach, gentler waves than southern spots — placement, paddling and take-off without hollow waves. The instructor picks the zone by swell, wind and tide.
Realistic progression
Session 1: placement and pop-up. Session 2: read the foam, stand up faster. Over a week: paddling, timing and first green waves depending on conditions.
